Create MI channel.

data type parameter describe
const char* task Task name.
const char* chans Channel list, Use commas to separate multiple channels or use colons to specify multiple channels in a row., such as "dev1/MIN1,dev1/MIN2", "dev1/MIN1:2", etc.
const char* reserved1 Reserved.
const char* source Miscellaneous input sources, such as "VirtualCounter", "Counter1", "Counter2", "Counter3", "Counter4", "Encoder1", "Encoder2", etc.
int32_t maxVal Maximum value of miscellaneous input sources.

Returns
On success, return value >= 0.
